UPDATE: Yesterday I sailed into Cascais, Lisbon. Why?
The LOW PRESSURE to the West of Portugal is giving southerly winds. The trade winds, which need to take me south to the Canary Islands/ Cape Verde, are created by a HIGH PRESSURE system at the Azores, which is just not there yet. #WaitingForTheWind As for now, Tuesday looks to be the day to go!!
